It looks like Tadej is pretty confident and seems to think that the course is sufficiently hard for him to make a difference. The harder the course, the better for him. Too hard for Matthieu; Remco would only be 2nd on a hard course.

yeah, road will probably decide, but I hope it is chaotic enough so no one knows whether to mark roglic if he goes up the road.

officially they are co-leaders. unofficially, they all know who is stronger. but the race is long, and anything can happen

He's not that explosive like Pogačar

@@marokio1 for sure. Just saying he may be more of a threat to challenge Tadej than van der Poel. And the lack of explosiveness may help him stay out of the red over all the circuits.

ofcourse he is ....the circuit is very technical but like remco has shown one days if he gets off front nobody is bringing him back. Gold i ITT. VDP is thin and again the up and down conrering is great for him but with Tadej, Remco, Hirschi,skjelmose o hilly course VDP will want to sit in and sprint no Wout makes that o brainer imo. Cant wait. MOhoric makes such a difference monumnet winner gets stronger over distance. Moho, novak, Tratinik would have bee great trai with Primoz still there to mark Remco , get i moves, or wind up tadej. Pogacar still favorite but he will have to earn it now not dominate

They don't ride even remotely the same. Pogi attacks non stop. Roglic generally waits until the end to put in a big attack. Their bike handling skills are miles apart; Roglic has never seen a road that he can't crash on.

@@Patrick_Runnels I wouldnt put it on his bike handling but more on luck factor. Wout Van Aert should be the best outof the 3 in terms of bike handling and has been crashing non stop.. Roglic is also a decent decender so it doesnt fit into his "bad handling" skills. Id agree that he needs more road awareness.

Who would agree that everyone on that national team wins the world champion have the option to wear the rainbow jersey, not only the lone winner? Since it's a team sport where they help someone on their team to win.
