This is so good and helps me a lot because, my teachers teach me a lot, and you know all of those... but textbooks are far more worse for me... so that's why when I come to this, I quickly learnt stuff so fast, this teaches me so much as I take a lot of notes.

you're right, released would have been a better term to use. The energy is stored in the bonds and during respiration which is exothermic it is released and during photosynthesis (endothermic) it is taken in and stored.
