Hey kello im living a terribly Hard time right now. My motivation on music is dying im on a break right now and i belive i Will continue. But i feel that Im not advanced and i suck At playing bass guitar and i been playing a year. I had very many breakdowns In the beginning of this year. Im tired and i just wanna kinda continue but everything i play... Just sounds terrible. Im really sad right now. But yea i just wanted To tell this.Stay healthy and safe.

Thanks for sharing. We’re all living some very strange and hard times right now. Our motivation, mental health and overall strength is being challenged. What I try to do is be productive to stay sane and focused. I sometimes stray from it but try to find my way back. Try and use your bass as your rock to keep you focused. Becoming a better player requires practice and discipline. Use this time and lock down as an opportunity for it. I hope this helps.

One of my favorites. A question for a bassist with an obviously large experience in learning by ear: In the intro of this song, it sounds like instead of the slide/hammer on from 4-5, it almost sounds like an 0h3h4 (D string). I can never tell if that's the case or if its a hammer on. Just wanted to hear your thoughts on it!
