This is a tribute to Prince, one of my biggest musical influences and heroes. The original song was the b-side on the 'When Doves Cry' single. Later, it was released in this form as a solo piano and vocal rendition on the 'Piano and a Microphone 1983' album. Once I heard it, I felt compelled to put my own spin on the tune, and I came up with this little house number. I hope that you all enjoy my version, and find a home for it in your DJ sets. This is 🔥 I listen to it daily. Prince would of loved and approved of your version. He would invite dj’s (Lenka Paris, DJ Dudley and others) to come to Paisley Park to spin his tunes before his performances and sometimes he would do it himself. He promoted musical creativity 100%.
