Had this album a long time ago and didn’t realize each song is a psalm. Pretty much prince fari reciting biblical passages. It’s fun to look up the psalm and read the lyrics in true prince fari style.

Just bought this one in a record store in Vancouver, close to what I think is Broadway and Main: without a doubt, one of the few good things in this city... if not the only one. People should go there and dive into its shelves like diving into a big nice pond of crystalin water with a dark bottom. If you manage to dive deep enough and find yourself in uncharted waters, you can always ask Jeff, the owener, to give you a hand and guide you around, floating like a raft. You will find a playlist thru the way that thoroughly covers most of the ground ocuppied by the bravest sounds the xx century produced. Definetely a good way to spend a few hours on a thursday afternoon. Lots of stories to be told. Good people. These Psalms are beautiful... JAH!
