Prince Harry Accused Of 'Deliberately Destroying' Potential Evidence In Legal Case

A lawyer has accused Prince Harry of being forced "kicking and screaming" to disclose emails and carry out searches of material that might be relevant in his lawsuit against a media group.
Anthony Hudson, NGN's lawyer, told the court that they had no choice but to seek the order, accusing Harry of "obfuscation" and adding the claimant was creating an "obstacle course" on the issue.
Hudson said he was concerned that Harry's team had stated that correspondence between Harry and J.R. Moehringer, the ghost-writer of his hugely successful memoir "Spare", over messaging app Signal had all been wiped. Hudson added there was no excuse for not searching text or WhatsApp messages between them.

I think that was another million that the Wales's donated to Invictus during COVID. The original Court case was taken out before William was married and he accepted £1m out of court settlement, £500,000 went to Invictus and the other half to another charity that PW supported. Harry must have instructed them since the writing is on the wall for his defence team, he would be very stupid ( I know, I know) to take that step , the penalties could be really wounding. What I don’t understand is William got a settlement for the phone hacking ( which he gave to Invictus) and Harry was offered a settlement which he refused . So Harry had to of known about who was hacked and how many times .How can he claim now all these yrs later that he just found out about them in the last 6 years?

There are many people in this world who make their money suing everyone they can. I have known some of them. Harry seems to be this type of person. Just what did he think he would be doing once he moved to california?? Did he think he was so important and popular that he could do nothing but show up and give a speech LOL real men work!!!!!

He reminds me a bit of my ex-husband - litigious. These are people who feel victimized and will do anything (even tho it will not ultimately make them happy) to try and prove how they've been wronged. Harry suffers greatly from this and even tho he is spending valuable time on these court cases and should be living his best life, he cannot help himself.
