I agree they are hungry for publicity. She has set up a royal court in US showing the Queen and royal family they can do what they want. Without the titles they are nothing and no one would give them the time of day. They are doing the exact opposite to what they agreed on when they left the royal family and because of that their titles should be stripped. They are making the royal family look weak.

I have to admit that I, a long-time supporter of the British monarchy, started having doubts, as Meghan Markle appeared. I watched a woman curtsey to her and was chilled. My doubts about MM started from the beginning. She is an uninformed, woke political activist. She had publicly slandered the leader of Britain's greatest ally, not with any evidence or substantiation, but echoing CNN epithets, such as racist and misogynist, without any proof whatsoever. It was, then, astounding to me that the Royal Family/Queen would have allowed the marriage to proceed with a job of representing Britain's head of state attached. At a maximum, the marriage should, in my view, have had conditions: no royal benefits, no royal job, no representation on behalf of the head of state. Astonishing when one considers Princess Margaret was given permission to marry Peter Townsend with those conditions attached: no royal benefits, no royal job, no representation on behalf of the head of state. Yet Peter Townsend had credentials and was highly respected by the public, an ace WW2 pilot, an equerry to the King, and much loved and admired by the Royal Family. He was discreet and diplomatic. Never spoke out of turn or inappropriately and wouldn't have dreamed of slandering the leader of the ally that saved Britain from losing the war to Germany. But I doubt that MM even knows much about WW2 other than it occurred.
