H&M totally overblown their security fear! It's laughable for these two to claim they need 24/7 security more than many of the A-listers or even the RF itself. Unless they called the Backgrid or other pap of their choice - no one even aware or care of their movement. Taxpayers should not be paying for their security - unless for some formal functions in which security is already automatically provided anyway.
