As an American 🇺🇸 Pakistani, I love the Hindu, the Sikh & the Muslim! My parents came from India during the partition & went to Lahore. My father & mother are 91 now & they wished that India was united & not divided. Every Pakistani & Bangladeshi person is a descendant of Hindus. We were all Indians once & no one can erase our Indian ancestory. I hope that one day our countries can reunite again. Let’s celebrate love ❤ & not hate !

Very emotional video. I'm really impressed by the memory of old baba ji. The government of Pakistan should offer him Pakistani Nationality as he is the son of soil who wants to die and get buried in Pakistan. His love with his birthplace is unprecedented. I wish him a long, healthy life so that we could hear more stories from him.

His reaction to see two friends of his father was amazing, he is lucky to go back to the roots of his ancestral home, many of his age do not get that chance unfortunately

What’s stopping us from being brotherly towards each other? They divided the nation, but it’s the mindset that is no one’s fault but the person who cultivates the thought in his or her mind. I doubt we could have lived together peacefully. Britishers just used the cracks which were already there. Case in point: which country is seeing peaceful cohabitation?

Lovely Sahib, these are very tragic stories of partition which had long lasting effects on both East and West Punjab. Listening to these stories, I cry often, I was only five and a half years but still remember a bit of that period. Unfortunately we have not learned anything from those tragic times. Please keep up this good work, not that many people are left of that period. Governments of both sides should considering issuing visa for people who were born before 1947. I left my country over 55 years ago and now live in Canada. 🙏🏼🇨🇦
