Hats off to Varma ji and his team in bringing out this rare kAmboji of revered Guruji Dr. BMK. Have only listened to Dr. Krishna Kumar and Smt. Binny rendering this krithi at Tirumala. It's apparent that Varma ji is battling ill health but his effort and that of his team's is always 100%. Such a wonderful krithi, with a discernable change in tempo at "Jaya Jaya Sundara", much like a Madhyamakala sahityam of Sri. Dikshithar. Thanks musiquebox for this treat..

1) It is not Simha Roopa Naare in Kannada. It is Simha Roopa Naade. 2) This is not Kannada. It is a Telugu Translation of the Purandara Dasa song by Dr.Mangalampalli Balamuralikrishna, who has translated a few beautiful Purandara Dasa songs to Telugu after composing the music for the Kannada versions himself.
