How cruel is life when young children develop cancer. I hope the little girl is on the road to recovery. I'd rather have the cancer than all those little children. Let's hope funds are raised for the kids there after William's visit if they raise money like Great Ormond Street. I wish all the families well there.

I went through five rounds of chemo about 13 years ago. By far the worst time in my life. There were days that it was so bad I considered stopping treatment. But I'd switch places with her in a heart beat because no child should suffer so.

Carolyn Campbell I agree she did a great job but not all on her own they also had a father and great lot of input from the queen whatever it worked and they are lovely young men who benefited from them all it was a terrible ordeal for them to go through And still to this day people won't let them forget it must be hard for them

I agree because I also lost my mother at 16 and she was the one that raised me and to this day I still remember everything that she taught me about life and how her guidance kept me safe even after she was gone.She was the reason that I did not turn to booze and drugs in order to cope with my life without her.I understand how Diana shaped them into the caring and easy going men that they have become..I hate to say this but Charles was not that involved with them even after Diana had passed which is his loss but some how I doubt that he will ever understand that part about his life.I do believe that the Queen has also played a role in their development into young men which seems shocking considering that she was not really there when her own children were growing -up.I have also noticed how they have had a relationship with Diana's sisters and even her brother which is a good thing that they have not turned their backs on their Spencer side of their family .I am sure Diana would be proud of her two boys as she called them because both have a drive to help and comfort the less fortunate and she worked really hard to instill those qualities within them..

Wish the dim witted hazbeen would learn from his brother, how to be caring, compassionate, empathetic, humanitarian, instead of the cruel, PUCE faced, bad tempered, hatefilled, angry, bullying behaviour he displayed at the Well Child Awards Ceremony, on eve of the reveal of Diana’s statue, when an innocent, little girl in a wheelchair asked to see a photo of his ‘new born baby daughter’ - you’d have thought the child had asked the dunderheid to throw said ‘daughter’ under a bleeding bus!!! Let’s hope the child protection authorities in Montecito are closely overseeing both surrogate children, lest they end up with 2 broken legs like the poor dog they were supposed to be ‘caring’ for!!!

In the United States, where I reside, many religous orientated people love to inform me of the ridiculous 'fact' that 'eveything happens for a reason'. Clearly, if that is their truth, then it is the most perverted, sick, cruel and dammimg truth that could ever exist! I suppose, too, that a lack of single payer/universal health care is another one of those 'things that happen for a reason'. Getting ill isn't bad enough. Potentially loosing eveything or even becoming bankrupt to pay for treatment and stay alive is indeed a stark truth for most Americans.
