Wa'alikum Asalam. If Sihr is constantly renewed, it may be that the 'sihr object' is still buried among so many other possibilities. You have to find and consult a Shaykh or professional healers who deal with its removal in your country. How would one find such healers? You have to talk to people you know around you in-person until you find someone who can direct or refer you to the right person in your region. It is a trial and error process, like finding the right doctor, it takes time. Salawats help in general to create openings for good things to happen and for increasing your spirituality, but if the patient is really sick and cannot recite, it is better to seek immediate help.
