Loving the vids man, keep it up! Always fun to watch a new player start the grind. About throws, most can be ducked as they hit high, though a few of king’s are unique. To break them, there are specific buttons you have to hit at the right time, but normal grabs can be broken by pressing the 1 or the 2 (punch buttons). You can look in the movelists for the throw breaks of the other throws

you counter grabs by pressing either 1 (square on play station) or 2 ( triangle) some grabs are countered by pressing both 1+2 at the same time.. but those ones are hardly performed in lower level of play. so whenever you see a grab. just mash 1 or 2

Yo I’m in the orange ranks and I see a lack of down 2 and df2 if you hold forward after df2 then it puts you into a auto fdf stance Edit: also lows counter armor Everything has something that beats it in this game besides rage because well it’s like your ultimate ability If you couldn’t tell king is a grappler and one of those characters no matter how many nerds they get it’s still great so I would just recommend learning the players pattern or just grabbing back because they usually rage quit when you are the one grabing
