I remember googling 'Princess Anne' and when I saw pictures of her as a young woman, I was stunned. She was so beautiful. Oh my God.

Princess Anne by far the most loved Royal. Not only was she stunningly beau when she was young, she is known for her hard work ethic, & natural connection she does seem to share with working class, normal people.

In the early 1970's her Ford Fiesta was damaged on a visit to the Grand National in Liverpool. My cousins panel shop was about to close at the normal Saturday closing time ,12noon, when they received a phone call requesting they repair the car immediately and they would pay a higher price as HRH could not be seen driving a damaged vehicle. The short notice Saturday overtime for his workers was quite a lot.

Great find! I adore Princess Anne! I do find it unbelievable knowing she doesn't care for press or interviews. They finally get it and they ask her about tv watching.🙄 Absurd. I can think of way more to ask off the cuff. 2 watch her work alone, to be able to see first hand how brilliant she is. So much 2 learn. One should truly pay attention. Press people,stop wasting time on asking her dumb questions. She she actually has more segnificant things 2 do with her time. #TeamPrincessAnne #hardestworkingroyal

She seemed unhappy at that stage in her life... It's almost as if she hasn't fully recovered from the 1974 "incident" which I can unfortunately relate to (nobody really does recover from what I gather). No wonder she doesn't like interviews. It's been well over some years since an unwanted "incident" occurred & I'm thinking that I will never completely be at peace again because I was in a familiar place but at the wrong time. On a happier note, I'm glad the 🇬🇧, Commonwealth, etc have such a hardworking Royal like Princess Anne... - 🇺🇸

I'm fascinated by the royal family. I've read lots of books, watched many documentaries and interviews. I must say however that both anne and mark are quite hard to understand when they talk, mark Phillip's more so. He speaks very fast and doesnt enunciate his words well at all. Princess Anne just has a different voice altogether unlike anyone else, but hard to pick apart at first. Sometimes you have to stop and rewind to pick it all up. Just slightly odd considering that royals usually have these amazing accents and proper dialect.

I often wonder if they believe it’s gauche to open your mouth when you speak. They both keep just the slightest opening in their jaws. I find them both difficult to understand. Then again, we’re used to hearing public personalities speak. Royalty and even the upper class are different.

Although they are divorced they keep a good relationship. Princess Anne has much in common with ex husband than with current husband. With Captain Phillips she has two children, five grandchildren and love for horses. All this Is an everlasting bond.

Poor man comes across very badly. What on earth did she see in him?
@lizfrancis89253 жыл бұрын
Her great love of horses is what she saw in him!! He was an Olympic medal winner equestrian. They were together for nearly 20 years but drifted apart quite quickly. She eventually married the love of her life, Sir Tim Laurence, who (ironically), is not at all into horses. They are a strong couple, together now for almost 30 years. What an amazing woman.
@michellereyna86713 жыл бұрын
@@lizfrancis8925 It’s not as ironic as you may think...Princess Anne has often been compared to Philip in the sense of the way they view things in life and personality and such, so it definitely doesn’t surprise me at all that she fell in love with a man that she didn’t have much in common with. Before Philip fell in love with Elizabeth, he fell for a girl named Osla. They shared more in common from their backgrounds, both not really feeling they belong, being born elsewhere and not really having a put together family if I remember, and both sharing a love for practical jokes (which I’m sure is smth most people enjoy but still) . Anyways, they ended up drifting apart as Philip was spending more and more time with the then Princess Elizabeth. Soon, he and Elizabeth fell in love and married (two very different people) while Philip and Osla remained good friends. Like Philip said “The secret to a happy marriage is to have different interests” or something like that😂
