With due respect to the content creator and I am sure her experience was different however below is my detailed review after visiting this property yesterday and staying for 2 nights 26,27,28 December 2022 VERY AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Please think 100 times before visiting We actually fell for all these good reviews, it's not worth the praise they have portrayed. I have given them one star and you will know why below. We had actually booked 3 Premium rooms for 2 nights. Take it or leave it offer, with tariff of Rs.10500 per room/per night. Based on the reviews, I thought it would be worth it. RESTAURANT: Average food and overpriced. Only Ala carte is available for lunch and dinner. We had ordered Pasta for the kids which cost around Rs.270, it was made with some punjabi curry sauce, below average. In the evening for dinner, they arranged a centre table beside the pool. Later realized that the staff don't serve you, they will just place everything on the table. Even for water and portions of food you are on your own. They provide complimentary breakfast. First morning, there was poha and misal pav. The misal pav had a familiar taste, it was the same punjabi curry sauce used in the pasta. And the same sauce is used for the next day sambar (idli). I am sure they must be wasting a lot of food. We had to satisfy ourselves with no salt masala omelettes. The plates were kept in the below section and they expect guests to first search for the plates and stress themselves to get it out. There are hardly 4-5 people coming for breakfast, please keep the plates and bowls on the top. There is enough space for the plates and bowl. Also the staff talks in sign language here and you need to understand that language, when the omelette I ordered was ready, Shubam, one staff pointed at me and then pointed at the omelette. This was done where 3 people sitting including me and he is just 2 metres away. I asked him what was that ? he said omelette is ready. Then I gave him an earful. This is how they treat the visitors. Second day, we had lunch and dinner nearby mess and gharghruti, much better options which cost us less than half and 100 times more tasteful food. ROOM: The pictures of the property look wonderful and beautiful. But the amenities in #201, it starts with no towels, no comb/toothbrush/toothpaste as part of toiletries, no hot water, geyser not working, shower not working as no enough water force, no mugs given they expect that people to direct take bath from bucket, a squeaking sound from the fan when you lower the speed and on top of that the intercom is not working. Every problem I have to walk to the reception, and get it resolved. They later gave me the towels, for the toothbrush they said they will provide if I need it. I dint understand when they try to compare their property with best resorts and they can even match their basic amenities. For hot water, they tried calling a plumber and concluded that there is a leakage in the pipe somewhere that's why things are not working, I had asked for buckets of hot water from other rooms through the staff, that too came after one hour, many rooms were empty so they could manage. Mugs were given the next day. About the squeaking sound they said they cannot do anything about it, and suggested switching on the A/C. I asked why is the fan given ? to which he didn't have any answer. We had to use the fan because there were mosquitoes and the repellent given to us was of no use. The squeaking sound was really disturbing our sleep. They made the intercom working the 2nd day. One of the rooms #202, there was water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, and there were visitors staying on the top floor. When this was shown, the manager said the plumber will fix it, which never got fixed till our stay. The bathroom doors of #201 and #203 doesn't even get closed, forget locking it, the latch does not work. Later second day that too got fixed. Swimming pool in the pics looks so clean because no one uses it. The water is very chilled, we tried to enter when the sun was up, however it was still cold. What's the point of having a pool when nobody is using it. Make it a temperature controlled pool, let people use it then it makes sense. The managers were on their toes to get things fixed, but this is not how you manage a business, if you have taken an amount, make sure basic things are in place. It is not the duty of the visitor to bring such things up. Business will only go down. CHECKOUT: There was an ice-cream added to our bil which we had not even ordered, which he later obliged. I asked him about the inconvenience caused and how do you plan to repay that. He smiled at me. I paid the remaining amount and was about to go then saw 2 families discussing the shortcomings with the smiling Mr. Chandrashekar. One had planned to come for a 2 day event and later decided to go early as this resort was not worth the tariff. Other family was charged excessive, they too were not happy. In short, All of us fell into the FAKE EXCELLENT Reviews. One positive for which I am pleased to give them one star. We had actually booked 3 Premium rooms and we had senior citizens and children less than a year so we opted for rooms at the ground floor. Apparently they had 2 rooms available at ground level and one was already occupied, which after a lot of discussions they managed to convince the other family to shift upstairs and am thankful for the visitors to have obliged to that. Appreciate the efforts put in by the manager as well. Also managers running around to fix the problems and their helpless situations. I would actually like to recommend the owners and managers eat their own dog food. Taste it before making it available for your customer. This is just a 6 month old property and you have a long way to go. There are lots and lots to improve on if you really want to flourish. I have indeed lost my Rs.60000 in this property and I dont want anyone else to fall in this trap. There are very basic things that are expected when you set a certain tariff on the room. For me it was very OVERPRICED. Also I am posting this again here, as they blocked me on Instagram after putting a negative review
