Thank you for sharing great tour of the ship. We will be on it this Sunday. Have you ever been departing from Galveston? Up to today, we've not yet have in port instruction. Princess line does not seem to have good customer service.

Sorry to hear about your frustration, its one of the reasons my client use us. I have sailed from Galveston. A few tips, if you are parking a car make your reservations early at PortofGalveston.com. Print your documents to have a paper copy, the WiFi in the terminal is terrible. Finally, make sure you have the Medallion app downloaded on your phone to use once onboard. Last of all, have fun!
