Austrian here (the company is from here) and you've got it almost right. It's swah-rawv-skee with an emphasis on the O in Swarovski. And if you can say the R like the typical german R you'll say it perfectly :D

I read the books a long time ago but I don't recall Lily being such a great character! She's kind of negative and toxic, no? I don't remember her being supportive and simply being a good friend... but maybe I don't remember the books that well... Man you unlocked so many memories with this one. I remember the shades, the body glitter-- METAMORPHISIS WAS MY JAM. Even after I transitioned I remember all those aesthetics with a fond lens. Lily? Lily was a mood. Obviously lesbian coded best friends were always out there in most 2000s era teen girl movies/shows. But I will say Joe was more of Mia's support system than Lily was.
