Hey Pal, sorry for being blunt (and if you don't feel like o,c you don't have to reply) but have you done therapy, because what you described there it's basically a healthy coping mechanism-grounding technique once the anxiety hits. I tried therapy but I couldn't find the right one, and I'm struggling with $$$ so I can't afford to try other clinicians. Or instead the work you have done is basically autonomous, and you have just self-refeclted a lot? I did the latter and I can see the pitfalls of when I was in the UK, I also do not have the same priorities career-wise, and even in terms of music, the new school releases are not really up to my street. Once we clear society expectations from our lives and we are left with our own priorities, and from there we can make better decisions. xo
