Just to bake your noodles even more: Princess and Chise's cars are real! Princess's plan is based on the 1910 Brooke Swan Car, originally built for Robert Nicholl Matthewson, a wealthy merchant in Calcutta, British India, and was later sold to the Maharaja of Nabha. Amazingly, the car still exists today, having been lovingly restored to its original condition and displayed in the Salon Rétromobile car museum in Paris. Dorothy's joke about Chise's car looking "ominous" is also accurate: This is a common design for Japanese hearses. It gives off bad vibes because it's normally used to transport the dead.

I guess is because this is just an OVA episode, so they drew certain characters more "cute-like" since this is not a serious episode.
