Princess S66

Följ med Princess S66 till Bohusläns inre skärgård när den är som vackrast.
Vi tycker att #skandinavien är fantastiskt och idag tar vi en tur till västkustpärlan Bassholmen.
S66 ger en otrolig upplevelse av Bohusläns inre skärgård. Hennes fartprestanda i 36 knop på öppna ytor ger en extra adrenalinkick och hennes stilla tempo mellan de trånga sunden ger ett inre lugn.
Bassholmen och dess varv ligger nord väst om Orust längs med de vackra Nordströmmarna, ett kanalliknande sund med de av Evert Taube omsjungna kala urtidskullarna längre ut i havet.
Vi passerar Strutsholmens branta bergsformation och Malöfärjan. Framme i hamnen till Bassholmens båtmuseum bjuder den äldre varvsmiljön på en rad träbåtar, några med anor från 1800-talet. Att uppleva båtlivet så här är det bästa vi vet.

A 50' or 55' version of this would be the perfect boat. I single hand a lot and am not sure I could manage a 66', but a 50' is very comfortable

Brilliant video of a truly brilliant yacht. At last a video filmed and edited by a videographer/s rather than a clown waving around a smartphone or gopro. Great to see the details without blown highlights or crushed blacks. The colour grading is spot on and I like how the drone is graded to match. The team has captured the romance, essence and nautical feel of a yacht and elevated the Princess brand. If I was Princess Yachts, I would be bringing these guys to the UK to film the rest of the range, especially the new Y72. Well done!

Here here. British yacht manufactures are the best as far as I am concerned and think that Princess have made a step forward in their recent releases. This S66 is a beautiful yacht with the best use of space and luxury that I have seen, and I am sure it will be a winner. This is not the first time I have said on KZbin that Princess UK sadly have the most boring people in the world introducing their own products. They seem to think that showing customers around a plywood and foam mock-up might increase their sales. They may be constructed in a worthy listed building on their site but are so uninteresting as to be a) detrimental to the scheduled listing of the building there in and b) so substandard, embarrassing and harmful to potential future sales. They need to take some guidance from the car industry as to how to show off their wares with mock-ups, materials, technology and salesmanship. Princess Yachts have some of the most desirable and finest yachts available on the market today but need to sharpen up on their presentation. Their recent "The Princess Experience" series now on episode 11 I believe probable sent most of their fans to sleep on episode 4 or 5 I suspect. The new Princess Y72 if marketed by the right people is another definite winner Thank heavens for Princess Yachts West Sweden for showing how sales presentations should be done. Just brilliant.

@@johnpeel6601 fans don’t buy things like this. Very wealthy people do. A shiny marketing presentation is very nice but, ultimately, the company with the best product wins when the asking price is so high. Selling millions of cars to millions of people who are influenced by image and veneer is not a fair comparison. Ever seen a tv advert for a Maybach or a Bugatti? It’s a different world populated by different people with different mindsets. A dreadful salesman could scupper a sale but not a video that isn’t flashy enough. It’s an impressive and inspiring video for people to watch a nice yacht sailing through some beautiful scenery.
