dear, I also have have cholesterol my self, Mostly I use sesame oil, Sesame oil is really good for you....Just an example..(In fact, Sesame Oil may lower your cholesterol levels when used in replace of oils high in saturated fats. A 1-month study in 48 adults found those who consumed 4 tablespoons (59 ml) of sesame oil daily had greater reductions in LDL (bad) cholesterol and triglycerides, compared with those who consumed olive oil "This is Just an Example") thanks for your comments take care be safe
