Hello 👋. Today on Tandem we are making huge Pringles Chips.
Recipe:
Potatoes - 600 g;
Wheat flour - 100 g;
Rice flour - 20 g;
Corn flour - 30 g;
Potato starch - 10 g;
Sunflower oil - 5 g;
Sugar - 10 g; Salt - 5 g.
Boil the potatoes and drain the water. We make puree. Add flour, starch, sunflower oil, salt to the cooled potatoes and mix. Roll out the potato dough thinly, make holes with a fork and bake in the oven on foil (not on parchment)
1 hour at 248°F (120°C).
