There's so much going for this... The ambiguity whether he's using raw speed or chaos control with his movement either way showing how powerful he is. The amount of force that feels tangible from the suspense built up with that acceleration sfx building into the boots combined with the grunt showing just how much energy is about to be unleashed... topped off with a beautiful and impactful explosion at 1:11 showing both shadow's face and black doom as a subtle nod to where it's all coming from. This is such a solid animation, just 10/10. I also really appreciate the use of the music/sound in the start taken from the shadow the hedgehog multiplayer openings to show both competing sides, that was such a neat detail to bring back and make it useful for a scene.
