This is a quote from Brother: "The internal ink absorber or flushing box isn't an part available for purchase. It should only be replaced by a Brother Authorized Service Center." The concept of crating up and shipping this nearly 60 pound printer back to Brother for a 'new diaper' is a non-starter.

Do we have to waste ink in order to keep it from clogging? I have a paper weight that already does that.

When printing duplex is exact? Many printers get the double side wrong

As far as I am aware there is only the 297mm width roll at the moment.

Do we need to purchase the official roll or can we use others paper rolls

If it’s the correct width it should print fine.
