Printer installation UTAX

I'm KINGSLEY ONU, I'm from Nigeria. I'm having an issues with my UTAX 2500CI. If I put it on and it will only be showing WELCOME and it will not boost on. Please, what will i do?

Hi, thanks for the video. I am trying to install a utax CD1030 copier (and DF 75 Booklet Finisher) on Windows 10. It may now be known as a DC2130. Think I have found some relevant drivers, but not sure. Have connected the 2 ethernet cables to the router (which has a wired connection to PC). Do you have any recommendations of how to connect the copier to the PC? Or even how to print the configurations page? Any help is appreciated.
