What about the intermediate transfer roller? That's a tough one. Wish you would have included it here.

These Ricoh ones are actually Kyocera, so the transfer roller is not replaced and is not included in the review kit.

You will need to go into the SP modes and get the exact SC code that is being generated. While you're at it, I would turn off the auto reboot. 5-990-004 to print out the logging data, 5-875-001 set to 1 to disable auto reboot.

Hi dear friend. I have a tedious problem with ricoh 4001. I dend a print on the printer and prints that. But for second print even the exact previous print, the ricoh warning missmatch paper tray. We must then restart the ricoh for print second print and this problems containing for next prints. 1 print=1 restart. Please help us. Appreciated your kind attention before

If the problem is only when printing, uninstall the printer and reinstall it. Update the software to the latest version and this will not be a problem. But if this problem also occurs when copying, I would start with a thorough cleaning of the sensors in the scanner section.
