My webservices light was blinking and wouldn't stop, I tried everything. Finally found this video and tried the second solution. I can't believe it, but it actually worked. I couldn't even begin to guess why, or why HP says absolutely nothing about this bizarre solution in any of their documentation, but whatever, it worked!

Maybe try the hot water paper tissue solution for the bottom of both ink cartridges.
