Hi there I was wanting to know can you do a video concerning anyone who wants to provide three different sizes of their artwork through Procreate. For example, I only art business, and I really want to start turning my artwork into digital file that people can start downloading and buying online but I just want to offer three sizes small medium and large. Frame sizes: 8x10, 11x14, 18x24. How would I size my canvass on Procreate app for those specific frame sizes for people to print? I don’t know if I make any sense but I hope I do. I'm very confused, so I should print an image that is RGB format? I thought CMYK was for printing and RGB was for screen viewing

Can you make these changes to an already created image?

Last week, while working with a client, we printed two images set at 113dpi. Despite them not being flattened PNG files, we successfully printed them at 100cm square on a fine art canvas after applying a slight unsharpen mask in Photoshop. However, I recommend establishing a process where you set the file dimension and color profile before creating your artwork. This will help avoid inconsistencies during printing.

Here a question about size choice. You stated 36 X 24, but then you’ll be losing many valuable layers. That doesn’t seem like an viable option. Can you offer any other choices?

Thank for the comment, the way you get around this is convert 36x24 into pixels 10800 x 7200 set the PPI to 300 or where you can set to 600 so you can print even bigger for your clients without loosing quality. Yes the file size is bigger however there is a lot of value in doing this.I hope this helps.

You’ve said paint in RGB AND PRINT? That prints too dark. Don’t you need to convert that into CMYK? Wont that produce a dull muted image? You said nothing about how to work around this.

You can’t create a canvas of 36”x24”with a dpi of 300, which actually showed in your video and you changed it to 8x10 inches. Why recommend it if it can’t be done?

Tap the wrench icon, and under “Canvas” tap “Crop and Resize.” From here, tap “Settings” to adjust the size of your canvas. You can also adjust the DPI if you'd like, but note that this will likely limit your number of layers even more. I keep mine at the standard for printing, 300 DPI.
