hi .. i printed first pic .. very poor quality, very smudgy .. and blue zink paper came out first just as shown in the video .. but im confused do i have to put that blue paper back in it again , does that mean it will keep scrolling out before every print?????

My printer prints in a red tint everything that would be White's is shaded a pinky hue colour

My prints in greenish tint cant find how to fix it I lost blue card that came with initial photo batch don’t know how to make it stop green tint

Check if the paper is expired or ir was stored somewhere hot that could be the problem

Do not buy this crap of a printer. I bought it like 2 days ago & the quality sucks! It’s just as bad as a Polaroid photo. The app crashes all the time and u HAVE TO edit every single picture to a lighter color or else it comes out too dark and distorted. And to top it off, it’s coming out streaky. It truly sucks and I’m so disappointed as this was supposed to be for my bday. In returning it!
