Always appreciate this series. In the midst of this long roll out of new characters with the slow build up to Ahsoka and Baylan, it tempting to want to back pedal and bulk up. This a good reminder to stay focused.

Assuming that Baylan sits around Mandalore Bo/Reva power level, he should be a very good value investment. I am also REALLY hoping that the Merc tag gives a new lease of life to Boba, Scion of Uselessness. Would be great to do something with him other than fill platoons in RotE.

Main problem I see with Baylan is he will be released sooner and unless you do some soft whaling, you will not be able to be ready in time, then you are waiting 3-4 months? We still need to farm Elsbeth, Great Mothers, Shin and then Marrok, assuming Baylan is released this year, I just don't see that being very realistic, unless I am missing something?

One quick note: they did say Shin and Grand Admiral Thrawn at R7 are required for Baylan

Gunguns just crushed my Phoenix Squad in Arena battle today and there were just 4 of them versus my 5 which included Rex. They took Rex out first tho and from there I was doomed. Their damn leader keeps their meters filled. Pain in my ass.

As much as it makes sense for next raid to be flying whales (imagine someone from 2022 reading that) I’m still not convinced. It just seems like the door is wide open for ftp to have GL Ahsoka day 1 and counterproductive to the fomo spending momentum they’ve been building with their raid releases. They’ve been getting more clever with their spending incentives and that would feel like a step back. I’m probably wrong and I’m sure they can still find a $$$ fomo team but just saying

I'm curious, have they said for 100% certain we will get a new raid like peridea? or.. will they maybe pull out a legacy raid like HSTR and dust it off and run it for a bit? I mean I always figured they wanted to build up a rotation of 4-8 raids and then cycle through the existing legacy content. I realize that would upset the new raid currency economy as so many new toons can solo sooo much stuff. just a thought I had, maybe we will go back to legacy raids for a bit.

It had been my goal since finding out that the final personal reward track is the title of “Okeeday Booma” I have been farming every team and crunching the numbers. I need 1 r9 team (quadme, POW Quancho, R2) 3r 8 teams gungans, Kelleran Jedi, B2 Stap asiths, and some room for play r7 luminara Jedi team. I need this title… booma

They could do a dathomir raid of sorts, with obviously NS. But also both Cals, GG, savage, dooku, some set of jedis but not to mention all of the night sister characters thrawn amd shin ate on the way there too idk there's been a lot of focus on NS recently not just in this game.

Given that GL Ahsoka will (presumably) have three relic 9 requirements and the first officially designated Conquest "lifter" unit since LV and Maul, I feel like they're setting up Ahsoka with Exile Ezra to be the new JMK with CAT; head and shoulders above any other character previously released. Not sure how I feel about Ahsoka being the best character in the game lore-wise, but I think that's what is coming.

My GL Ahsoka prediction: she'll be good with current characters but they'll announce thrawn heir to empire as next gl and the peridia troopers will be great with him but his requirements will include new Hera, Huyang and Sabine that will make Ahsoka great.

Baylen is the better choice if you can get him day one. His event won't come back for 90 to 180 days. Ahsoka will be available as soon as you're done.
