So finally the order is 1-st johns,2-Kim’s,3-bgs global,4-dr br Ambedkar,5-Vydehi institute,6-mvj,7-east point,8-Oxford ,9-Akash institute,10-sapthagiri,11-ms ramaiah (only for those who can pay 22lakh per year),12-father muller,13-all colleges having 9,94,406 fees,14-jjm dhavangere,15-all having fees of 10.9 lakh per year.
