I want to go there so bad. I would choose fall or late winter with trees being leafless. It would add the "creepiness" of this lonely town. But it sooo far away from my hometown here in Czech Republic. I guess it would take several days to get there and also get back to home. But it would be worth the athmosphere. I just like "lonely" and abandoned places like this. :)

what do you mean when you say the stalkers painted the emblem recently? who are the stalkers? from what i know of the term stalker is either someone that follows you, or a videogame reference of people that go into "the zone" and search for stuff to bring back home and sell for lots of money. and seeing as you're not being followed and this clearly isn't a video game i don't really understand.
@bionerd239 жыл бұрын
William Rost "stalkers" are people who illegally trespass into the "zone" without having permission. sometimes they just randomly stay there. sometimes they litter, which i despise. sometimes they do some cool stuff - like repainting the logo.

@gramursowanfaborden58208 жыл бұрын
radiation exposure is measured in seiverts over a period of time, i think their counters measure in usv/h (microseiverts per hour) but i might be wrong on that one, maximum risk free dosage in the UK is considered to be 20 miliseiverts per year, risk climbs steadily after that, but with minimal protective gear, good training to keep an eye out for contaminants and a healthy caution are enough to keep you safe in areas like they were in in this video. it depends on the situation really to how much you should be worried about.
