Btw, Tappei (the creator) has confirmed that when Subaru became a knight, when in public Emillia would go to people and point at Subaru and say "that's my knight" Btw to anyone asking, why did his leg come with bandages and everything, it's never explained, in the LN he also loses his leg and the bandages come back with his legs too, maybe it's due to the fact Capella can create clothes too. Also to all of those who chose Priscilla, she's more than likely to kill you if you bore her. Edit: Also no, Pris is not a tsun, she really is just looking for her shota Schult.

@@indie_gamer7 I think she’d just want people to always live up to their full potential, to be confident in who they are. If you have an overinflated ego or an underinflated one, or if you never really try at anything. That’s what makes her hate you. Shult isn’t just cute, he’s also a hard worker. And I think it’s the latter that makes her love him more than the cute part. Same with Liliana. She has great skill but also a clear vision for herself. I believe that’s the type of person she likes.

@@hiiamelecktro4985 Oh yeah, Schult is REALLY hard working, despite not being good at alot of things he tries his best, that and the fact he's innocent and trusts people, he sees the good on others no matter what. Priscilla does, however, say some weird things about him (like not wanting for him to grow hair and stuff, she's the shotamancer for a reason afterall.) Overall she values confidence and "determination", and current Subaru, and even Schult in some aspects, are confident and determined and abide to their own values no matter what. (See some of the side stories Schult is involved)

my memory is a bit cloudy on this one, so i might be wrong, but IIRC subaru's thought process about not choosing to sacrifice anyone is explained a bit more in the LN, and i liked it so much that i wanna share. IIRC he thought of it like trying to carry a large amount of appas at once. Julius and Anastasia was saying "we have to let some fall and take what we can", meanwhile subaru was saying "no, we still have to try our best to carry all of them. some of them will fall, yes, but its still better than not trying to bring them to begin with". He also thought that this line of thinking if even truer considering that theyre dealing with human lives, something much more precious than just some fruits. Edit : Heres a line from the LN "Choosing at the outset to give up on someone and trying to save someone but failing were two different things."

Best girl getting the appreciation she deserves! Al scratching his helmet is a nervous tick he has, which is pretty suspicious that he got nervous with Emilia trying to find Subaru. And when he looked back it looked like it was longingly, in a way jealous. So bloody suspicious. A bit of cut content, when Priscilla found Subaru unconscious during the conversation she mentions that he is a man of great timing.

Some people will use the fact that Ed theorised that Lilliana would be used to counter Wrath's abilities since like episode 2 as proof that he reads ahead when in reality is more of a testament to how good Tappei is at setting up future story events ,it's a shame most fans don't pick up on a lot of it . Subaru's speech at the end was the highlight of the episode imo

I would understand with some of his other predictions, but the Lilliana one? It was obvious that she would be more importance than just being "admired by the fanatik". Additionally being a bard/siren and enchanting people with her songs and Sirius "using the emotions of others" made the connection that she could be usefull/needed against wrath not a big leap in logic. Well... quite a few people don't seem to think about or want to think about what they are watching.

I predicted it the moment she was introduced when reading, and Autosave and cawacaw reactors also predicted this from ep. 1. Ed is sometimes a really incredible predictor, but this one is super easy to notice if you are paying attention

in the web novel (when liliana is introduced) its a bit more descriptive in that it sort of conveys the idea that when liliana sings for a crowd, it puts them in almost like a trance where they are swayed by her, which is why when subaru blurts out that her lyrics suck, EVERYONE is pissed that he ruined the mood. this is still very very clearly being conveyed in the anime, but unless you are actually the type of viewer to pick up on visual cues, you might miss it and think its just some singer with a captivating, normal song.

Pride aside, remember that there's nine sins in total in this setting. And as far as the anime is concerned, only six witch factors are accounted for. You have no idea what happened with Pandora or Hector in the years since. This could be its own can of shenanigans down the line.

Pandora is probably still alive imo. I wouldn’t be surprised if Hector died though. I believe we don’t know how that ordeal in the sanctuary ended on Echidna vs Hector side. We only saw Beako’s perspective. So maybe she defeated him when the sanctuary’s core was completed.

To me its something like this Reinhert (the ultimate cheat ability) Gluttony Wrath RbD Puckus Maximus Lust Julius's Kame Hame ha Sloth Riccardo Demonvolution Slide evolution (garf/fred) Talk to animals Wonder Triplet powers Something like that not counting those from later own we have not properly seen yet. a couple from arc 6 might even rival Reinhert depending on how you look at it.. Easily most of this list can shift drastically but top 2 remain there for sure. Gluttony is so high because you fail to recognize the harm they inflict... and then well there is more to be revealed. but yeah it belongs so high. If Reggie was added he would be solidly at 3. Lust is low because its not really combat oriented. Riccardo is so high because... you'll see.

Imagine every royal selection candidate asks for you to work for them. So then Ed, I assume you are all in for Camp Priscila? Lol. NGL, I'm tempted too. Being Emilia/Subaru's camp would be true pain and suffering. Crush is cool but doesn't offer much right now, and the other's idk enough about the inner workings. I think Priscilla's camp is actually the strongest. She herself is crazy OP and I bet Al is really strong as well....especially with what we infer about him ;)

Can they just like share the country? Split it five ways? Form a council? Why do we have to pick one? Like the more you get to know each one you can see why they were chosen as a candidate. Sure they're not perfect like Emilia is a little too kind for her own good and might have a little to much faith in people. That isn't always a bad thing per say, but not everyone is kind or trying to do good and so a good ruler has to be sceptical of even the most basic requests. Priscilla absolutely has some of the worst of nobility where she is little too judgemental and might cast things or people aside too quickly if they disappoint or she disapproves, but at the same time you can totally envision her being quite capable as ruler. Of course as an anime only I imagine we haven't seen everything to them yet so let's see how they progress or develop.

@@hiiamelecktro4985 I assume there's an actual reason as in something fantastical rather than just logical but I must admit that my suggestion would only lead to same problem when it comes to succession in the near future as who knows how many children they'll have or what would happen if one dies/betrays. I'm not sure that they would play nice with each other. In the long run it's likely for the better that only one succeeds the throne.

Now that I rewatched this scene for numerous times through reaction channel, I realize that Priscilla is unaffected by the effect of AUthority of Wrath. Using cut content video from multiple KZbinr, I wonder if it is because, she is too self-centered so she doesn't even acknowledge someone like Sirius, because she only acknowledge people that she thinks deserve to be recognize by her, or if it has to do with the fact that the world works in her favor, so she can't be affected by control powers like Sirius's Authority.
