Loved this. I do genuinely compliment others on what I admire about them. At 44 years of age, I catch myself now comparing myself and believing the lie that I fall short. Even these beautiful women on the panel. I look at how well put together they are--they're skin flawless, makeup on point (never used that before...do people even still say that? Haha), hair perfectly done, and well styled outfits. I assumed that if they present well, then their lives must be just as well. watching this, I see differently. I haven't liked my hair in awhile. I don't have time in the morning to put makeup on. I go to work in jeans and sweatshirts. However, though all that is okay, I can look at these women as inspiration and figure out how to make it work for me and my current lifestyle. I needed to hear this. Thank you ladies! :)

I do that as well, I have a habit of praying for content makers especially those who inspire me to dream bigger, who encourage me and make me realize all life possibilities .I have learned a lot from the internet and I appreciate the people who vulnerably lay their lives online to inspire others while taking all the criticism of all sorts at the same time. I feel like to survive the online world we have to be aware that the same people we see progressing are and were in a journey at some point as well. They did not just wake up from 0-100 instantly, and it is the journey that makes them who they are. This will surely help us to appreciate our journey and help us make our personal goals based on what we want in life, not what someone else has.

I actually deleted Instagram because it was way too distracting. Instead of focusing on what I need to do, I wasted time scrolling through photos that won’t even make a difference in my life or others 😂. It a waste of freakin time and a way to build your ego most of the time. I want something genuine

My energy isn’t being drained. Definitely worth it. I don’t worry about what to post or taking pictures for a post. You won’t regret it 😂. It feels a little weird at first but eventually you forget about it.
