The 2nd pyzzle in the weight scale - the blue, green, white balls - I have placed the 3 in the correct spots and nothing happens. Tried at least 50 times. The animals are properly weighted first. Came looking for a solution bc nothing will open the door on the scale. I've placed those 3 balls in every combination imaginable after the clue version (solution in safe) didn't work. Stumped why that door won't open.

Thought it was due to an update but I just tried it and worked like it did in the video, not sure what to suggest aside from restarting the chapter

there is no particular order, the code for the door will be what comes from your cipher
