It was called “ Liquid Cosh” ( a Cosh being a short heavy wood baton that officers carried for self “defence “ ). A lot of inmates went on it as your sentence flew by in a blur.

Sykes was a super volatile bully. There is a documentary on him on you tube and he’s a total menace. His kids are just innocent in that video yet his bullying ended up with them both now in prison same as him
