As a teacher I can say, learning to cope with your emotions and anger is something that’s happening in schools now. It should have been introduced a long time ago !

Too much female authority figures is not good for a young boy. Because he learns to act emotionally rather than logically.

PTSD-C is a hard thing to live with and most people of our generation people in their 30’s & 40’s haven’t been diagnosed until they are a fully grown adult. It does get easier but you have to work on it through counselling etc.

When I first went to Horfield Bristol 2007 I came from court got locked up on induction wing with a Dread Yardie & he said “don’t use toilet!! I was scared man , I eventually told him I had a piece of hash with my parcel so he let me go after I spent all day on the buzzer asking to use toilet “ there’s one in the cell” He won’t let me go OH HOW WE LAUGHED after a zoot

How much is a phone call in jail like per minute on the prison phone ? And is there a maximum amount of money people can send you/ hold in your prison account ?

Very exspensive when you get booked in you can put what ever u came in on your phone account if you come in with nothing you can spend your canteen money on credit but it's around 10 p per minute in prison
