Michael I Loved the Video Bro! I watch all of your videos, and you can tell you have a background in teaching. You are able to take something that’s seemly complex & break it down for anyone to understand! Love it! Foreclosures is definitely a nice that I plan to be an expert at in my County. Future Videos that I would love to see: 1. Step by Step Process on How to Exactly Stop a Foreclosure from Happening at the Final Hour. What’s the required paperwork, what are all of the parties involved that you would need to contact to stop the sale, what are the ways to purchase a property that’s in its final hours before the auction deadline. 2. Where do we go to find the 30 & 60 Days Mortgage Late Leads?

Thank you for this video. In the future, I would like to see more calls and more details on the deal structure that followed. Details such as what kind of contracts and agreements they signed, details of the contract, other due diligence you did prior to and after the sale and anything else you can tell us to help us structure deals like you and maybe even bring some your way. Also if you can review the documentation used in the deals with private information redacted that would be very helpful.

Michael this is gold! Thank you for sharing - truly serving the person with a servants heart gets you the deal. Ideas for future video- what to do when your seller can’t be found Skipped it, called it, door-knocked it, emailed it, mailed it, facebooked it, sellers still alive, no next of kin. Neighbors haven’t seen the seller in years.

Thanks so much for all you do Michael! Every video I’ve ever watched of yours has never disappointed! I just have a question about option three that you give the sellers. So if they file bankruptcy, I understand it does stop the sale, but that doesn’t mean they keep the house correct? From my understanding it just prolongs the inevitable, which is the sale of the property at auction. if you could clarify that, that would be great! God bless you and thank you for all you do!
