My mother died on February 25th. She was in a rehabilitation facility. She had suffered from Alzheimers and she had Sepsis from a cut. It happened at home and we had to call an ambulance. She stayed in there for two weeks and they moved her to the facility to try to walk and feed herself because she never walked again. She was in pain. She was there at the facility for three weeks. She stopped eating and they had to put a pic line in her vein to get hydration. Hospice came and told us what we needed to do. Give her Confort Care. When she died that day she looked peaceful. My sister; niece and I were there all morning. She died at 12:30 PM. They declared her dead by the Hospice team at 2:10 PM.

I would have loved to see what she would have thought of The Freak, how they would have worked together. Would Vera finally see the cruelness of her actions when witnessing the extreme cruelty of Joan Ferguson? Would they help each other out? I still don't understand!!! Why did Terry put a hit on his wife!? I thought maybe so he could be free to marry Vera, but his ex didn't seem to care. Then I thought he used her as bate so the police can follow her and see who wants to kill her, and that's isn't the case either... 🧐🤔🤨

When Vera leaves Wentworth for her new posting as Govoner of Barnhurst. She will turn it from a low security prison into a maximum security facility and will bring back the thumb screws and wrack, the poor prisoners and Barnhurst i feel sorry for them. Actually we don't get to see Vera at Barnhurst it was left up to the viewers imaginintion by the writers i reckon. Although much later during PCBH's final few months we do get to hear of Vera as the govoner of Barnhurst.

There's literally no point in Lizzie being a prisoner, she's getting day releases every other day

She committed a minor crime to wind up in prison she should have been paroled a long time ago.

Is it just me or does Terry’s story make no sense? First he’s Mr Nice Guy who’s going to marry Vera, then his ex wife turns up and he helps her - even getting bashed for his trouble. Then he suddenly turns psycho for no adequately explained reason and has his ex wife killed. It doesn’t add up because he must have known it would look suspicious. I reckon the writers changed their minds abruptly on what was going to happen (perhaps when Fiona Spence decided to leave?) and they were left with a spare character (Terry) that they had no clue what to do with so just said “ahhh, let’s turn him psycho so that he gets arrested or killed or something and has to leave.” It’s the only thing that explains all the out-of-character actions of the characters lately. Oh and the curse of the Page family is taking on comedic circumstances now. There’s Alison and the electrocution, then her son nearly getting expelled and now her husband falling down a small hole that’s suddenly 20 feet deep. In the next episode I’m fully expecting the little girl to be talking at breakfast when her head falls off.

I thought exactly the same as regards to Terry, and this complete about turn too, but maybe there were developments that happened that we are to learn of, they would never script as stark inconsistencies for characters & storylines in pcbh . Never

Poor Lizzie. Terry's room is a real grim pigsty. Vera: Boom-bey-yay! So unfortunate, Mr. Page falling into that muddy chasm.......Although - afterwards - I would have filled it in with much haste and swiftness!!

This is because his dad cooked pizza 3 suppers in a row - hence the expression 'Pizza Face' to describe someone with bad acne.

Allison's husband and children are actually played by a real life family, Stuart Finch (the father) and his kids Simon and Jennifer Finch.
