Once again the women pitifully show what lack of courage they have between them. Lizzie even at 73 has the bottle to stand up to someone as intimidating as Joan, but other than Maxine the rest just freeze on the spot. Its no wonder Bea got so sick of looking out for them. At times they are their own worst enemies and arguably deserve all they get. I find it very hard to believe how Maxine slept so deeply that she was unable to hear Joan unlock the door or hear her footsteps when she entered the cell, she even slept through all of the conversation with Lizzie and never heard her walk away and lock the door afterwards. I'm a sound sleeper but I'm sure with all that going on in the same room some part of it would awaken me.

Stuttering isn't always consistent. I don't see why people are surprised. I've stuttered off and on quite a bit. It all depends on the person and how their individual stutter effects them and it can definitely get worse or better depending on the situation, and even stop altogether and come back.

Maggie Kirkpatrick is one amazing actress... hows she not in Hollywood ? - seen few of her interviews & she one of the nicest people you could ever meet. She's nothing like Joan Ferguson. All they have to do is examine Trevor's hands to see scars where he hit someone. Trevor's a nice young man.
