I was 15 years old when this show was on tv in Sweden, and it was on tv 12 o'clock at night every school night. I was so sad when the show was finished. 💜

I first saw this show in 2007 I was 9... my dads partner at the time had it on box set. I absolutely loved it probably shouldn’t of been watching. I found the show again on 10 play I’m 26 now and can appreciate the show to a much deeper capacity. I love Bea, Doreen, Lizzie and Franky actually most of the cast. The show pushed boundaries of the time especially in regards to lgbtq or gay community. It humanises prisoners and brilliant story lines. Prisoner is a timeless gem. I’m onto season 2 of prisoner. I’ve laughed,cried and got swept into the world of prisoner. Bea/Lizzie and Doreen stole my heart. I really felt for their characters.
