Its no good Grace having a go at Tracey over the policewoman getting shot, Tracey never planned it, and the officer took the risk herself to intervene, she must have been fully aware of the probable consequences of her actions before she did it. Two years is a bit rough on Tracey for an honest mistake, granted it was stupid and naive, but there was no premeditated criminal intention involved. Good to see Myra, she was one of my all time favourite characters in the show.

love finding continuity errors.....and I'm in now way getting down on those who made the show...I know they worked hard to produce the show and were on an incredibly tight time schedule and budget....but it is still fun to spot blunders. Like somehow Doreen's hair magically falls flat as she walks from the prison to the gate. yes I know it was raining but I don't think it would happen that fast.

Myra Desmond reminds me of a character from British show ‘bad girls’ she was called Nicki wade. They share similar looks and have very similar mannerisms... my two fav prison shows!

The Tracy Morris story line is quite similar to the situation with the girls recently arrested in Peru. Didn't know they were smuggling/what they were smuggling, coercion by gangsters, high media profile, protective Dad, calls for leniency due to age, criticism of prison conditions. Funny how things don't really change.

She played two characters prior to Myra Desmond (that I recall), Early on she played a screw, and several episodes later she was a goofy inmate (someone who would've fit in with Noeline's family(. The character's name was given, but I don't recall it.
