Lexie has a lot of nerve judging Kath. She doesn't even want her kid, how does she think she would handle giving birth to a crack baby after doing coke while pregnant, or a seriously deformed or ill baby? She's not even a good person or a good friend, she's an immature brat and most of her lines are having tantrums or screeching insults at people and leaving the room. Some of these characters, and I call them characters, as to not get confused and involved like they are real people - have become so institutionalized, they have lost some reason about the outside world. Ganging up on someone like Kath is petty to the extreme, but they don't know how to manage their emotions over her decision to murder her child.
@paulagray7628 Жыл бұрын
She doesn’t help herself by coming over as a stone cold, hard faced bitch either. Mason went to the trouble of explaining that there were reasons for what was essentially a mercy killing but Kath has to put on the hard-as-nails-I-couldn’t-care-less-I-killed-my-kid act and gets everything that comes her way imo
@pandoraamos110 жыл бұрын
I really hate the women's attitude to Kath - it's not so much for what she did, but because she won't bare her soul to them. They are as judgemental and narrow-minded as Ferguson - and a lot of other people in the series..

Lesley Thwaites There's no justifiable reason for killing innocent human beings. But there is no reason to bash someone for it, either. Those prisoners are no better than Kath. They are in prison for doing evil things, so they have no reason to be ganging up on her.

Lexie, although a character I’ve always liked, is probably at her worst here with her attitude to Kath. I think its more like a prime example of how judgmental people are and how if you're different in some way people will make your life hell. I mean, you know, they could have just left her alone instead of targeting her for mistreatment and abuse
@arlaabrell8658Ай бұрын
@@ryanwilliams1800 It does have 2 sides, they could have tried harder and/or in a different way, to get the actual circumstances of the situation out of her. Also until you have seen a person suffer so much for so long for yourself I guess it's hard to understand ending the suffering. Most people have plenty of compassion for a dog, or cat, or horse or other animals and see the mercy in ending their suffering, but they can't seem to have the same understanding and mercy for a human for some reason.
