This guy is my hero. I love people that take care of their things like this. This coach is amazing. I have always been a huge fan of Newmar King Aire. Their drive system takes into account the chamber of the road so it drives itself. It knows that the road naturally drains from the center to the edge. Normally the car, truck or coach will gravitate towards the shoulder. The King Aire will drive keeping the coach centered by reading the road and the slope. Very cool and works like a champ. $450k is a good deal. Great job Andrew with the interview and walk through.

I love the interior of this coach. The colours, finishes floorplans and options are among the very nicest I have ever seen. Plus, Bob sure knows how to keep his coach in pristine condition. However, I am surprised that he purchased AGM batteries for $16k. He could have had double the usable KwH's in lithium for the same price at half the weight and 6-7 times the duty cycles. In any case, 450k is a fair price given the condition. -Another great video Andrew!

Holy stack of batteries Batman! I like the owner, knowledgeable, take good care of the coach. I agree with Bob, the 2 recliners opposite the hidden TV is the best seat in the house. It's not very often I agree with someone's prices on FSBO anything but I honestly believe you've put a good price on an outstanding coach. Without the maintenance the price the price would be high but with the maintenance you've added untold value. Wish I was rich! (Have never said that before)
