Two trains crossing each other in opposite directions, to a passenger travelling in any one train, the velocity will appear to him as sum of velocities of two trains. If the velocity of each train is 130 kmph then it will be 260 kmph.

If you are referring to 260 kms speed, then its considered fake or click bait. But, if you know that its the total speed of 2 trains (130 each) then you will juzt enjoy the video.
