Oh well,not badly priced for the location and size plus the view of the trees isn't too bad in comparison to the other unit you showed previously . however that master is too big just for a stand up shower they could've installed a bathtub 🤷

This house is beautiful. The floor plan is just amazing, save for a few issues... the windows on the upper level are a big let down should be a bit lower.. the view of the trees would be amazing. Then the master should have more storage space. But for the price its definitely worth 👍

Good house. Just a few things that were done well. (a) the windows on the upper level are so high. Being a duplex, I would have expected a 3/4 of the wall to be windows for more natural lighting. (b) I would have thought the master bedroom gets the balcony and not just a random bedroom? Save for these minor issues, the house is quite good.
