Very interesting (and surprising) that they built the house with future non-Amish buyers in mind. It seems a lot of these Amish houses follow a very similar floor plan, they take "open concept" to a different level.

Brad you make great videos. The average person isn't buying a house for 4-5-600k$ .... The average home someone can get and still be affordable is closer to the 100-300k mark and even then the 300 k Mark is tough to catch. Respectfully I hope to see more videos on homes in the 100-200k range.

@donaldclements406 - that may be true, but our average sale over 50-100 sales per year is a little over 300k. that means some are less and some are more... homes in the100 mark are non-existant anymore. closer to 2 will get you something though. thanks for the comment - it makes me think...

The average house price in the us is over 300k. 100k would be almost impossible unless you want to be in the middle of nowhere. And of course it would need a lot of work. Brad says it’s tough to find a 100k house where he is and he’s in rural Kentucky. lol

So your looking at two septics needed put in water hookups as well so for fifty k plus it can be ready hum unless it needs the stuff put in the house which will cost alot more now instead of when it was getting builded hum? So for under a 100 k u can get it ready for a regular person to live in it
