Do computador deles?

They were announcing that Apple will be scanning photos. They will be looking for evidence or sources of illegal activity and this information will be reported to authorities. I have nothing to hide but my shock and anger that I have come to realize little by little I have no private life. Trying to hang onto my identity has become a real thing.

Thanks. My mother still changes her clothes with her bedroom door open to the point where you can see her naked body. She also talks to you while stripping. Might as well do a striptease show for the family cause it's the same thing. I find this lack of privacy really concerning. Especially if narcs have young children running around the house. On a good note: I grew up with a sense of privacy (I've had friends with healthy parents teaching me a lot of stuff) and now I can't stand people who're devoid of boundaries or any privacy whatsoever (this includes posting your private matters on social media-unless these matters relate to abuse or mental health issues that can raise awareness and help others).

I am a public school teacher and have been for 20 years and I don’t notice anything shady like that. Every school is different. Religious public schools in the UK with the boarding system taking kids away from their parents leaving them with their privacy violated & indoctrinated & vulnerable to sexual abuse by teachers or religious figures is what the UK political system is founded on, alternatively known as the old boy network or the dodgey handshake brigade. Thankfully the Tories the lost boys at the top of their pyramid scheme have been kicked out, but as can be seen by all the riots the far right have been instigating since the Labour party got in power, you can tell certain people are not happy.

He asked very personal questions and told me details like where he lived, where he was going to move, etc. He thought he was a great person because he worked at a bank, he needed validation of his greatness in every sentence he said. At no point did he want to form a bond with me, he just wanted an ear to listen to him and make him feel better about himself. The funny thing is that he never told me he had a girlfriend!

Professor, is there anything to do or say when a narcissistic family member (family I married into, husband sibling) violates privacy/an obvious boundary for the first time? Or should it just be ignored, except for separating ourselves further? Example is sister in law hacking a private Facebook group, screenshot ying a 2 year old comment and sending it to our whole family demanding “an explanation” of why I was complaining “in public” about her behavior

Can the Narcissist not use privacy as a tool or weapon? My Narcissist cries "privacy" only when his secret life is about to be exposed, proving that the grandiose persona he has created, is a lie. My Narcissist shuns social media. He very carefully controls, who and what information about him, anyone gets. But when he does talk about himself it's a show, he's the only one standing and its usually an over exaggeration, down playing serious matters or flat out lies. The purpose to convey a better off than he is, successful, not abusive and in control, male. He fearfully relies on his privacy and the secrets that others keep for him, in order to exist.

i find that there's truth in Catherine Mckennon's view on privacy. Marital rape for example is not a thing in islam, consequently it is not recognized as a crime in muslim countries. all sexual matters are a serious taboo in these countries and women and girls are shamed and shunned and threatened if they come forward about their rape, so their abuser remains protected. on the other hand, i find that feminism can also go too far when it starts policing women's behavior and robbing them of their individuality and authenticity.

I knew if I told them what I was doing everybody and their mother would know. They always told their business over the phone to family and friends but always said they are a "private person". So imagine 5 phone calls a day and hearing them gossip about themselves or whomever for atleast 20 minutes oer call, then spoke in code about me then denied it! It was so annoying. If I left the house all I said was, "I'll be back, going to run errands." Of course they thought I was cheating but I did not want them to know which store I was at, etc. to avoid stalking when we broke up (I knew it was a relationship to exit).
