One of my known worked as a PO in Punjab National Bank recently he left his job and joined as a senior analyst in one of the finance company with inhand 1.5 lkh/ month he is fully satisfied with his decision and one of my cousin brother joined HDFC Bank as a teller back in 2016 with inhand salary of 19k now he is branch manager in axis Bank with 75k inhand salary What is your point into this

Koi v ho only graduate hone se hi bank job dega, q ki itna jada sales target pressure hai ki log jada din tikta hi nehi, 100 me 75 resign deta hai. Dimag kam karna bandh kar deta hai itna kharab bartab milta hai. Dunia ka sob se kharab pressure ka kam hai ye, jo join nehi kia hai usko pata nehi or wo mera bat avi samjhe ga v nehi.
