Avoid This Resort - A Disastrous Experience Our recent stay yesterday (15th july 2023) at this resort was a complete nightmare. The lack of basic amenities and poor cleanliness made it an absolute disappointment. The absence of hand pipes in the bathroom was unhygienic and inconvenient. The dusty and dirty floors indicated a complete lack of proper cleaning and maintenance throughout the resort. The unclean beds raised concerns about their hygiene and cleanliness. Furthermore, all the cupboards in the room were broken, and the room doors had no latches, compromising guest safety and privacy. The non-functional fans in the hall added to the discomfort. The kitchen was useless, lacking essential equipment and in disrepair. The resort also had hidden charges, but the property did not justify paying any extra fees. Overall, this resort is not worth your time or money. From the lack of hand pipes to the unclean beds, broken cupboards, missing door latches, malfunctioning fans, useless kitchen, and hidden charges, it failed to meet even the most basic standards. Save yourself the trouble and find a resort that prioritizes cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
